AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ELEVEN OF ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED AND NINETEEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO PROMOTE GOOD ORDER AND DISCIPLINE IN THE PHILIPPINES CONSTABULARY," SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT WHERE THE ACCUSED HAS BEEN CONVICTED BY SUMMARY COURT THREE TIMES WITHIN A YEAR HE MAY BE SENTENCED TO BE DISHONORABLY DISCHARGED AND TO FORFEIT ALL PAY AND ALLOWANCE DUE OR TO BECOME DUE, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER PENALTY PROVIDED BY LAW.
