Submitted said Report to the Senate on the same day; Passed on second reading by the Senate with amendments on May 17, 1962.
Certified for immediate enactment by the President of the Philippines on May 5, 1962;
Passed on third reading with amendments by the Senate on May 17, 1962;

Amendments of the Senate sent to the House on the
same day;
The House, disagreed to the amendments of the Senate; and asked for a conference on January 28, 1963, having designated as representatives on its part Congressmen Paredes, Balite, Abad, Fuentebella and Fortich;
The Senate insisted on its amendments, and accepted. the conference asked for by the House on May 18, 1963, having appointed as conferees at the same on its part Senators Antonino, Fernandez, Manglapus, Ledesma and Roy;
Conference Report was submitted with the statement. that the Conference Committee has reached an agreement on the disagreeing votes, of both Houses, and agreed to by the Senate on July 12, 1963;
The House approved the Report of the Conference Committee on May 23, 1963;

Approved by the President of the Philippines on August 10, 1963;
Converted into Republic Act No. 3846.
