| ABSTRACT : "Philippine Rubber Research And Training Center Act Of 2009. Seeks to promote the Philippine rubber industry and increase income opportunities especially for the poor rubber farmers in Mindanao; develop the industry in order to address the need for focused programs and projects on research and development, as well as on training and capacity building of rubber producers and processors, and; beef up quality production of rubber and to meet the increasing demands for rubber both in local and international markets. |
