FULL TITLE : AN ACT AMENDING SECTION 16 OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBER 7586 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE NATIONAL INTEGRATED PROTECTED AREAS SYSTEM ACT OF 1992
SHORT TITLE : Amending Section 16 Of Republic Act Number 7586 Otherwise Known As The National Integrated Protected Areas System Act Of 1992
ABSTRACT : Seeks to give the management board of each protected area easy access to the funds retained from all income generated for the implementation of the provisions of Republic Act No. 7586, otherwise known as the National Integrated Protected Area System (NIPAS) Act of 1992, which shall be used solely for the direct activities or projects in the protected area and shall exclude expenses for personal services.
