ABSTRACT : The measure extends the deadline for: a) the establishment of a special purpose vehicle (SPV) from September 19, 2005 to 18 months from the effectivity of the amendatory law, and b) the duration for the availment of the tax benefits from April 2005 to two years from the effectivity of the amendatory law. | |
