SHORT TITLE : Extending Preference of Employment to Any One Child of Veterans in the Government | |
ABSTRACT : This bill declares it a policy of the State to enhance the socio-economic security and well-being of veterans and their families, thus all government agencies, including government-owned and/or controlled corporations are directed to hire or employ any child of a veteran. In the absence or disqualification of said child, a grandchild shall be hired or employed in his stead. | |
