Directing the heads of all departments, bureaus and agencies of the national government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, government financial institutions, and state universities and clleges, to send participants to the launching of the Livelihood Financing Facility Program for Government Employees.

Enjoining all government offices to extend support and cooperation to the "Sing for Me : A Call for Peace and Unity" project of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Authorizing attendance to the 45th National Defense College of the Philippines' alumni homecoming.

Enjoining all officials and employees of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, state universities and colleges, and government employees' associations to support the Botika ng Bayan (BnB) Project.

Authorizing participation in the 35th anniversary celebration of the Career Executive Service Board (CESB).

Enjoining officials and employees in all departments, bureaus and agencies of the national government, icluding government-owned and controlled corporations and state universities and colleges, as well as local government units and government employees organizations to observe Employees' Week on December 1 to 7, 2008.

Enjoining the officials and employees of all government offices including government-owned and controlled corporations, government financial institutions, state colleges and universities, local government units and government employees' associations to participate in the "Lingap Barangay" Project.

Enjoining all government agencies, including government owned and controlled corporations, state universities and colleges to support the Philippine Government Employees Association's public sector agenda.

Directing all cabinet members and heads of their attached agencies including Government Owned or Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), Government Financial Institutions (GFIs), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and Local Government Units (LGUs) to actively participate in the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) Summit.

Enjoining all cabinet members and heads of their attached agencies government-owned and/ or controlled corporations, government financial institutions, and state universities and colleges to give full support and participate in the "End Hunger : Walk the World 2009".
