Resolution to direct the Committee on Education, Arts and Culture and the Committee on Social Justice, Welfare and Development to conduct a joint inquiry into the strengths and weaknesses of the character of the Filipino with a view to solving the social ills and strengthening the nation's moral fiber

Resolution abolishing the following Committees: (1) The Committee on Public Information and Mass Media and its jurisdiction to be absorbed by the Committee on Motion Picture and Television; (2) The Committee on Youth and Sports Development, the jurisdiction pertinent to the youth to be absorbed by the Committee on Women and Family Relations and the jurisdiction on sports development to be absorbed by the Committee on Games and Amusements; and (3) The Committee on Rural Development and its jurisdiction to be absorbed by the Committee on Social Justice, Welfare and Development
