Directing immediate and strict compliance by all heads of departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the national government, local government units and government-owned or controlled corporations with the provisions of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 12, S. 1993, CSC Resolution No. 94-1464 (10 March 1994) and CSC Memorandum Circular No. 12, S. 1994

Declaring the period from June 21 to 27, 1971, as Savings and Thrift week.

Declaring the period from January 24 to 30, 1972, as Savings and Home Loan week.

Resolution expressing the feeling of the Senate that for the stability of the national economy it is of immediate necessity that definite steps be taken to enter into and conclude, when and where advisable, bilateral or multilateral trade agreements with countries other than the United States
