An act creating an additional branch of the Regional Trial Court to be stationed in the Science City of Munoz, situated in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Third Judicial Region, further amending for the purpose Section 14, Paragraph (C) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980", as amended, and appropriating funds therefor.
