An act creating an additional branch of the Regional Trial Court to be stationed at Initao, situated in the province of Misamis Oriental, in the Tenth Judicial Region, further amending for the Section 14, Paragraph (K) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980", as amended, and appropriating funds therefor.
