An act separating the Mayor Bartolome Serut National Agricultural and Trade High School - Musimut Annex in BarangayMusimut, municipality of Kabugao, province of Apayao from the Mayor Bartolome Serut National Agricultural and Trade High School, converting it into an independent national high school to be known as Musimut National High School and appropriating funds therefor.
