GRANTING AMNESTY TO MEMBERS OF THE MORO NATIONAL LIBERATION FRONT (MNLF) WHO HAVE COMMITTED CRIMES PUNISHABLE UNDER THE REVISED PENAL CODE AND SPECIAL PENAL LAWS IN FURTHERANCE OF THEIR POLITICAL BELIEFS

PROVIDING FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PEACE AGREEMENT ON THE JOINING OF MNLF ELEMENTS WITH THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE

Resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that it suports the peace efforts of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) leading to the establishment of the Special Zone of Peace and Development (ZOPAD), which shall be implemented by the Southern Philippines Council for Peace and Development (SPCPD) and the Consultative Assembly (CA) to be created as the transitory agencies to ensure that peace and development projects and programs are effectively accomplished, subject to the recommendations contained herein
