The Memorandum of Agreement between the Philippine Air Force and Thirteenth Air Force regarding the establishment, operation and maintenance of a weather research facility at the Del Monte Air Station executed on 27 October 1959 is hereby extended under the provisions of Paragraph 1 Section II of said agreement, for and additional term of five years beginning 27 October 1974.
