Providing for the abolition of the Agricultural Credit Administration and transferring its functions to the Land Bank of the Philippines

AN ACT EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, FURTHER AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3844, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "AGRICULTURAL LAND REFORM CODE", AS AMENDED

An act strenghthening and institutionalizing direct credit support of the Land Bank of the Philippines to agrarian reform beneficiaries, small farmers and fisherfolk, further amending Republic Act no. 3844, otherwise known as the "Agricultural Land Reform Code", as amended.
