PROCLAIMING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE GREATER MANILA AREA AND IN THE PROVINCES OF RIZAL AND BATAAN.

Amending Proc. no. 775 dated November 20, 1970 by proclaiming a state of public calamity in the additional provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga and Zambales, and designating the price constrol council as the implementing agency to enforce the provisions of Act no. 4164 in all areas where a state of public calamity has been declared.
