Resolution concurring in the ratification of the agreement between the government of the Republic of the Philippines and the government of the United States of America regarding the treatment of United States Armed Forces visiting the Philippines.

REPEALING PRESIDENTIAL DECREES NOS. 1791 AND 1774

ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR THE APPROVAL OF ACTIVITIES BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT UNDER THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REGARDING THE TREATMENT OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES VISITING THE PHILIPPINES

An act exempting surviving children of military personnel who are mentally incapacitated from termination of benefits upon reaching the age of twenty-one (21), amending for the purpose Section 25 of Presidential Decreen numbered Sixteen hundred and thirty-eight, otherwise known as the AFP Military Personnel Retirement and Separation Decree of 1979, as amended.
