Establishing the domestic and international civil aviation liberalization policy.

Declaring Tuesday, June 16, 1970, as Air Safety day.

DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 1970, AS AIR SAFETY DAY.

Declaring the 1st Monday of December up to the following Sunday of every year as Philippine Aviation week.

Declaring the first week of March of every year as Aviation week.

Postponing the celebration of Philippine Aviation week 1972 to the first week of May 1972, and encouraging the promotion thereof by the Aerospace Association of the Philippines, Incorporation with the Civil Aeronautics administration.

AN ACT GOVERNING THE USE OF AIR NAVIGATION FACILITIES AND PROVIDING THE PAYMENT OF THE USE THEREOF.

AN ACT TO REACTIVATE THE INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES OF THE PHILIPPINE AIR LINES, INC, AND TO APPROPRIATE THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.
