PROCLAMATION NO. 1054

DECLARING SATURDAY, AUGUST 23, 1997 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, Saturday, August 23, 1997, marks the Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Santa Rosa, Province of Nueva Ecija;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santa Rosa, Province of Nueva Ecija be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, August 23, 1997 as a special day in the Municipality of Santa Rosa, Province of Nueva Ecija.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the SEAL of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
