Resolution authorizing all permanent committees of the Senate to hold meetings or hearings until June 30, 2001 for the purpose of studying and preparing any proposed legislation or to investigate any matter or subject falling under their jurisdictions and authorizing the President of the Senate, in his discretion, to allow any special committee to hold meetings or hearings for the same purpose.
