Resolution commending the radio, television and newspaper reporters, the staff of the Philippine National Red Cross, physicians, nurses, blood donors, religious leaders and members of non-governmental organizations and all other volunteers who have risked their lives in their effort to render public service in their respective fields during the height of the recent fighting between the rebel soldiers and the troops loyal to the Republic
