Resolution expressing the sense of outrage and indignation of the Senate of the Philippines on its behalf and on behalf of the Filipino people over the terrorist attacks on the embassies of the United States in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, condemning these acts in the strongest possible terms and supporting international efforts to bring the perpetrators thereof to justice.
