AN ACT SEPARATING THE CAVITE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX LOCATED AT SANGLEY POINT, CAVITE CITY, FROM THE CAVITE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND CONVERTING IT INTO A FULLPLEDGED NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SANGLEY POINT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
