AN ACT SEPARATING THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE GENERAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL-GUINAANG ANNEX LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, FROM THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE GENERAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, AND THE SAME IS CONVERTED INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE GUINAANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
