AN ACT SEPARATING THE QUIRINO GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL-BURGOS ANNEX FROM THE QUIRINO GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABARROGUIA, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO AND CONVERTING THE SAME INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BURGOS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
