AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARATION OF THE MANALAD EXTENSION CLASS LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ILOG, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM THE ANDULAWAN BARANGAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND TO BE KNOWN AS MANALAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
