AN ACT UPGRADING THE BATAAN PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF BATAAN, INTO A TERTIARY LEVEL II HOSPITAL, INCREASING ITS BED CAPACITY TO THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (350) BEDS, UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL, SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
