AN ACT UPGRADING THE SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BED CAPACITY PUERTO PRINCESA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A TERTIARY LEVEL HOSPITAL, INCREASING THE CAPACITY TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BED, WHICH SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE OSPITAL NG PALAWAN, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
