AN ACT CONVERTING THE RIZAL MEMORIAL DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN DAPITAN CITY INTO A TERTIARY HOSPITAL, UNDER FULL ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, WHICH SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE DR. JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
