[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7564, May 26, 1992 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DULAG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DULAG HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Dulag, Province of Leyte, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Dulag Health Infirmary.SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
