AN ACT TO HONOR AND PERPETUATE THE MEMORY OF THE LATE RAFAEL M. SALAS BY NAMING THE 7.9-KM. STRIP OF THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY, COMMENCING AT SITIO CAMATES, BARANGAY SAMPINIT, SITUATED AT KM. 18 + 400, BAGO CITY, UP TO THE BOUNDARY OF THE ADJACENT MUNICIPALITY OF PULUPANDAN, SITUATED AT KM. 26 + 300, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AS THE RAFAEL M. SALAS DRIVE - "THE GATEWAY TO SOUTHERN NEGROS"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The 7.9-km. strip of the national highway, commencing at Km. 18 + 400, Sitio Camates, Barangay Sampinit, Bago City, up to the boundary of the adjacent Municipality of Pulupandan, situated at Km. 26 + 300, Province of Negros Occidental, shall be known as the Rafael M. Salas Drive "The Gateway to Southern Negros."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
