[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7539, May 22, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE LAS PIÑAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN LAS PIÑAS FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Las Pinas District Hospital is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds under the supervision of the Department of Health to service the residents of Las Piñas and the adjoining towns of Paranaque, Bacoor and some areas in Muntinlupa.SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
