AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE ELVIN MASIGAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN STA. MARIA, ISABELA, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ELVIN MASIGAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The Elvin Masigan Municipal Hospital in Sta. Maria, Isabela, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Elvin Masigan District Hospital.SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
