[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7379, April 10, 1992 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KILING, MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, PROVINCEOF LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KILING HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school inBarangay Kiling, Municipality of  Tanauan, Province of Leyte, to be known as the Kiling High School.SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to implement this Act.SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
