[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7351, April 02, 1992 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REST PARK IN BARANGAY TULO, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Tourism, a rest park in Barangay Tulo, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna.SEC. 2. The Department of Tourism, through the Philippine Tourism Authority and in coordination with other government agencies concerned, shall prepare the plans necessary for this purpose and effect the construction of the rest park within one (1) year from the approval of this Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its complete publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation, whichever comes earlier.Approved,
