[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7247, March 19, 1992 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITIONAL TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY AND ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAN PABLO CITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, SERVICING ALL OTHER MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN THE AREA OF LAGUNA, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the office of the Department of Health, an additional twenty-five bed capacity and additional funds for the improvement of an already existing San Pablo City District Hospital in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
