AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DAVAO GENERAL HOSPITAL FROM THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (350) TO FOUR HUNDRED (400) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Davao General Hospital is hereby increased from three hundred fifty (350) to four hundred (400) beds.SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
