[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6945, April 05, 1990 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE AMAI-PAKPAK GENERAL HOSPITAL IN MARAWI CITY TO AMAI-PAKPAK PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO ENSURE A MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The name of the Amai-Pakpak General Hospital in Marawi City is hereby changed to Amai-Pakpak Provincial Hospital.SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
