AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER ONE OF EVERY YEAR, THE DEATH ANNIVERSARY OF GREGORIO AGLIPAY Y LABAYAN, AS GREGORIO L. AGLIPAY DAY AND A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The first day of the month of September of every year, being the death anniversary of Gregorio L. Aglipay y Labayan, is hereby declared as Gregorio L. Aglipay Day and a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.SEC. 2. Any provision of law, decree, order, rules or regulations inconsistent with this Act is hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved,
