[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6618, October 23, 1972 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINIDAYAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established a twenty-bed capacity emergency hospital within the Municipality of Binidayan, Province of Lanao del Sur, the appropriate site to be determined by the Municipal Council of said municipality in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall, upon approval of this Act, promulgate the necessary rules and regulations to carry into effect the provisions of this Act.SEC. 3, The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the provisions of this Act for fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-three.  Thereafter, the sums necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
