[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6566, September 30, 1972 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE NORTHERN ISABELA HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS MILAGROS GENERAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The Northern Isabela Hospital in the Municipality of Cabagan, Province of Isabela, is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Milagros General Hospital.SEC. 2. In addition to the appropriation for said hospital under existing law, the additional sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.  Enacted without Executive approval, September 30, 1972.
