[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6565, September 30, 1972 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARRIO CUMADCAD, MUNICIPALITY OF CASTILLA IN THE SECOND DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, TO BE KNOWN AS CASTILLA AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, and agricultural high school in Barrio Cumadcad, Municipality of Castilla in the Second District of the Province of Sorsogon, at a suitable site to be selected by said Director, to be known as Castilla Agricultural High School.SEC. 2. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, the President shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public lands located within the barrio of Cumadcad, Municipality of Castilla, Province of Sorsogon, as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the said school and of its farm sites.SEC. 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school during the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred seventy-three.  Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent year shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.  Enacted without Executive approval, September 30, 1972.
