AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao, to be known as Kapalong Emergency Hospital.SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the Purpose of this Act.SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance said hospital during the fiscal year of nineteen hundred and seventy-two, including the purchase of equipment therefor.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, September 30, 1972.
