AN ACT CONVERTING TABACO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The Tabaco High School in the Municipality of Tabaco, Province of Albay, is hereby converted into a National high school to be known as the Tabaco National High School.SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby Authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said high school luring the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one.  Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1971.
