[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6084, August 04, 1969 ]
AN ACT AMENDING FURTHER COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 108, AS AMENDED, SO AS TO DECLARE THE COMMON-LAW RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AN ALIEN AND A FILIPINO CITIZEN A PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION TWO-A OF SAID ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. A new section to be known as Section 2 (c) is hereby inserted in Commonwealth Act No. 108 to read as follows:
"SEC. 2. "(c) The exercise, possession or control by a Filipino citizen having a common-law relationship with an alien of a right, privilege, property or business, the exercise or enjoyment of which is expressedly reserved by the Constitution or the laws to citizens of the Philippines, shall constitute a prima facie evidence of violation of the provisions of Section 2-A hereof."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, August 4, 1969.
