[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5558, June 21, 1969 ]

AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PROVINCE OF BOHOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Anda, Province of Eohol, are hereby constituted as barrios of said municipality, to wit:

1. Sitios Pursenas and llawod are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Santa Cruz;2. Sitios Abihid and Tayod are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Katipunan;3. Sitios Almaria and Tinogdan are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Almaria;4. Sitios Bagacay, Lutao, and Sa-ob are constituted into a  distinct and independent barrio  of said  municipality, to be known as Barrio Buenasuerte; and5. Sitio Tawid is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tawid.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 21, 1969
