[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5428, June 15, 1968 ]
AN ACT AMENDING SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Section three of Republic Act Numbered Forty-nine hundred and sixty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 3. The life of the Abaca and Other Fibers Development Board shall be deemed extended up to June thirty, nineteen hundred and seventy-two."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
