[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5388, June 15, 1968 ]
AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN WORKERS IN COTTAGE INDUSTRIES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED TWO, FURTHER AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SUBSECTION (d) OF SECTION THREE OF SAID ACT, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Subsection (d) of Section three of Republic Numbered Six hundred two, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Four thousand one hundred eighty, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
“(d) This Act shall not apply to farm tenancy, domestic servants and persons working in their respective homes in any cottage industry registered under the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Three thousand four hundred seventy."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
