[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5149, June 17, 1967 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING ONE ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended; relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Romblon is further amended to read as follows:

"Romblon, two assistant provincial fiscals;"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1967.
