[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5055, June 17, 1967 ]

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF PIO DURAN MEMORIAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINOBATAN, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, TO MARCIAL O. RAÑOLA MEMORIAL SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The name of Pio Duran Memorial School in the Municipality of Guinobatan, Province of Albay, is hereby changed to Marcial O. Rañola Memorial School.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1967.
